What Happens If I Miss a Class?

All Classes will be recorded. While I encourage everyone to make every effort to attend live, the classes will be available after session.

Will I Be Able to Ask Questions?

Yes, there will be a Q&A after each live session. Participants can submit their questions; Dr. Tonya will answer them at the end of the live session. You can also submit questions in the private and group chat throughout the week, as needed.

How Long Is Each Session?

Each weekly class is 30 to 35 minutes of presentation time with a 15 minute question and answer session after the presentation.

Does the class include an individual appointment?

Each participant will complete online assessments and weekly questionnaires so that Dr. Tonya can provide personalized guidance within the group class each week. Individual appointments can be purchased separately for anyone wanting private appointments for a deep dive into their health.
